Terms & Conditions
The Money Back Guarantee is only valid for orders placed on www.skinandtan.co.uk (formerly skinnytan.co.uk) and can only be applied for directly with our customer services team via info@skinandtan.com. The refund application must be made within 30 days from when the product has been delivered and the customer must have had the product for at least 3 days. There must be at least 50% of the product remaining to be eligible for an exchange or refund. The guarantee applies to all individual Skinny Tan products purchased on www.skinandtan.co.uk (formerly skinnytan.co.uk). Please note that if you’ve purchased a bundle product (including more than one product) we are happy to review your request on an individual basis, but will only exchange one tanning product from the bundle as standard. Replacement products must be the same price or cheaper than the original product purchased and clearance items are excluded from this offer. It will be necessary to return the unsuitable product to us at your own expense, alongside proof of purchase; Skin & Tan (formerly Skinny Tan) does not cover or reimburse additional postage costs involved in the exchange process, nor are we liable for products lost in transit. By accepting a replacement product, you automatically waive your rights for a further refund or exchange within the same order. Refund payments will be made for the amount of the original purchase, excluding postage costs. The refund payment will be made to your original method of payment within 14 working days. No refund requests from the same customer will be permitted within 60 days of applying for initial refund request via the Money Back Guarantee; only one of the same product will be accepted per household. Skin & Tan (formerly Skinny Tan) reserves the right to reject any refund application it deems unsuitable as an abuse of the guarantee or in instances of suspected fraudulent activity.
